  • What is the workout like?
    The workout is made up of 12 unique classes. Each class focuses on a different body part or training strategy to get you the best results possible. All classes have a trainer that will lead you every step of the way. Most classes are divided into two parts: The first half of the class is Kickboxing on the heavy bag. The second half of the class will be the resistance training portion. For individual class descriptions see our Class schedule here.
  • I've never kickboxed before, is that ok?"
    We love beginners! Almost all of our new members have never kickboxed before either, so don't sweat it. As trainers, nothing is more satisfying then seeing our members journey from beginner to badass. You're in good hands with us and will make sure that you have a fun and safe fitness kickboxing experience on your first day.
  • I'm not in shape, will I be able to do this workout?"
    Absolutely! Our program is easily adjusted to accomodate every skill level. For the kickboxing portion of our workout it's just you and the punching bag. You are able to hit soft or hard. Slow or fast. How far you push yourself is entirely up to you. The great news is if you stick with the program, you will quickly become fit and being out of shape will be a distant memory. :)
  • How fast will I see results?
    Please keep in mind that everyone is unique. We come in a variety of sizes, shapes and strengths. We have different genetics, different injuries, different daily lives. With that said, expectations of results will vary for each unique individual. IntensityX3 recognizes these differences and is designed to ensure that each individual is able to achieve their personal fitness and health goals. From weight training to kickboxing, you’ll experience a wide variety of unique and challenging moves that will slim, strengthen, tone, firm, and add lean muscle. We will teach you how to control your results so you can get exactly what you want. With IntensityX3, you can shape your body exactly the way you want it.
  • What should I expect on my first vist?
    On your first visit you will take two (2) classes. Your first class will be a 20-25 minute Kickboxing 101 class where we teach you basic kickboxing skills needed to do our workout. Your second class is the actual workout. Our trainers will guide you every step of the way, answer any questions you have and will ensure you feel comfortable and supported.
  • How do I get started?
    To get started training with us you will first need to claim our current New Member Special. This will be the best way for you to get started and make sure you absolutely love the program before deciding on a regular membrship option. Once you claim the special online, you should call or email one of our studio locations and we will set you up with your first class. Click here for the current special.
  • What should I wear?
    Regular comfortable workout clothes are perfect and you may also want to bring a towel since your probably going to be sweating profusely. :)
  • What are the membership prices?
    Our memberships range from $99-$199/month. We have 3 basic membership options to choose from. We have 2x per week, 3x per week and Unlimited membership options. Prices are based on your attendance as well as term of membership (month-to-month, 6 months and 12 month). If you prefer class packages or prepaid memberships (no auto-billing), we have this option as well ranging from a single class to a 50 pack of classes. As well as 6 and 12 month prepaid memberships. During your trial membership period, one of the trainers or front desk staff will explain all of your options.
  • Do I have to take the kickboxing 101 class?
    This class is mandatory for all new members, despite experience. If you are a beginner, this class is absolutely necessary for you to have a fun and safe experience during our regular workout. If you are experienced, the kickboxing 101 class will be a great chance for you to get the know the trainer as well as have any of your questions aswerered. It also serves as a chance for the trainer to assess your current skill and fitness level which will help us to make sure you have the best and safest experience possible.
  • Will I have access to both studio locations?
    Yes! For now, all memberships come standard with the option to use both locations with no additional charge.
  • Does the studio have a locker room with showers?
    West Boca Studio: No, our West Boca location does not have a Locker room or showers, just 2 bathrooms. East Boca Studio: Yes, our East Boca location has a full locker room with 2 showers in each locker room.
  • How old do you have to be to take a class?
    The minimum age is 13. Anyone under 18 will need to have a waiver filled out and should be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for their first visit. If a parent/guardian can not be present, the waiver can be completed online by clicking here.
  • Will I need to fill out a waiver of liability?
    Yes. To get started all new members must first fill out a waiver. You can save time and complete it online here. *Under 18 must have a parent or legal guardian sign the last page of the form.
