Covid-19 Updates and FAQ

What are the social distancing guidelines?

To maintain 6 feet of distance, every member will have their designated "BOX" which will contain your bag and any exercise equipment you will need for the class. This will ensure 6 feet + of distance between members and elimate shared equipment. Your coach will also give you a rundown of how this all works before class.

What can I expect taking class & post class?

  • To maintain 6 feet of distance, everyone will have their own "BOX" complete with bag and any equipment you may need for the class. This will also prevent any sharing of equipment with fellow members. Don’t worry, your coach will be sure to give you a run down of how this works before class.
  • All coaches will be wearing masks and gloves. While we are not requiring clients to do the same, you can wear a mask if you would like.
  • Please be conscious of your bag moving into the space of a fellow member. We ask that as the bag moves that you move it back into your box to maintain social distance.
  • If you absolutely need to use the restroom, please make sure to respect social distancing if the bathrooms are already in use.
  • You will not be receiving any hands-on form corrections during class but instead will see demonstrations and hear clear verbal cues to help you understand and execute the moves with safe and effective form.
  • We won’t be high-fiving or fist bumping but encourage you to give your neighbor a verbal congratulations (at a safe distance) instead.
  • Exiting the studio will be done in zones similar to entering so we can adhere to social distancing.

How are we entering the studio?

  • Show up no earlier than 10 minutes before class. This is to give clients from previous class time to leave, and to minimize crowding in the common areas. If you arrive earlier, we ask that you wait in your car until 10 minutes before class time.
  • Come fully dressed for class and use the bathroom at home prior to entering the studio.
  • Leave your personal belongings in the trunk of your car, do not leave your belogings visible in your car.
  • A line with 6 feet spacing will be formed in our outdoor area. Once the studio is fully sanitized we will allow 3 people in at a time.
  • Upon arriving at the studio you will be required to wash and/or sanitize your hands. We will ensure we have plenty of hand sanitizer available and/or hand soap in our restrooms.
  • Place your shoes and car keys into a cubby and then proceed directly to your bag.
  • In an effort to keep all of our coaches and clients safe, any client showing visible signs of illness (i.e. runny nose, persistent sneezing and/or cough, etc.) will be asked not to take class that day and their class credit will go back on their account.

What are your enhanced cleaning procedures?

We take your safety very seriously and are strictly following the recommendations and guidelines of state and local governments. In many cases we are going above and beyond guidelines. After every single class we will follow a strict 3-step cleaning and sanitization process.

  1. Pressurized Soap/Disinfectant will be sprayed on the bags, exercise equipment and floors to ensure maximum coverage of the disinfectant. Cleaning with soap and water reduces number of germs, dirt and impurities on the surface. Disinfecting kills germs on surfaces.
  2. We will then wipe clean all equipment with an additional soap & disinfectant solution.
  3. Finally, we will mop the entire floor with a soap & disinfectant solution.

  • U.S. and International Hospital approval for the fight against infectious diseases: 99% reduction of Staph (MRSA)

Thoroughly tested on airborne and surface bacteria & viruses, such as MRSA, e-coli, and Norwalk, to name a few. SEE TEST RESULTS

How many classes can I take per day?

For now, all members are limited to 1 class per day. The Florida Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services who mangages Health Studio registrations along side Governor Ron Desantis has limited all gyms in Florida to 50% capacity. The goal being to help maintain social distance while in the studio. While we are very happy to be back training with you, we are still put in a difficult position to ration our services to ALL paying memebers who would like to take a class. Our goal is to serve as much of our membership base as possible in these difficult times while still adhering to Federal, State and Local government guidelines which help to ensure your safety while working out. Although not ideal, compared to the previous two months this is great news and we are so excited to have you back training with us! Thank you for your continued support and understanding.

What if I need to cancel a class?

In order to operate our schedule as effeciently as possible while providing access to as many members as possible, we are extending our cancellation window to 8 hours before class. This will allow members on the waitlist ample time to receive notification about class openings. This is especially beneficial to those who are enrolled in early morning classes. If you cancel within 8-hours of class, it will be counted as a late cancel.
