KIDS KICKBOXING CLASSES
IN BOCA RATON & WESTON FL 

Our classes are designed for kids ages 8 to 12.

Classes are held Monday through Thursday at 4:30 PM at both our Weston and West Boca locations.

Each class includes a fun and engaging mix of:

• Fitness games to warm up and build coordination

• Heavy bag work to build strength and technique

• Partner drills to learn control, focus, and teamwork All in a safe, high-energy, and positive environment.

We teach a blend of:

• Fitness kickboxing

• Fundamental Kickboxing and Muay Thai techniques Kids will learn how to punch, kick, knee, and move with proper form while also improving strength, stamina, and discipline. We are not a traditional martial arts gym however with belts, uniforms or testing. Our emphasis is on fitness first.

Kids should wear:

• Comfortable workout clothes. We do not utilize uniforms like traditional martial arts and keep it as simple as possible for you and your child!

• Boxing gloves (we provide a free pair if you’re on a trial offer)

• Water bottle to stay hydrated We recommend boxing hand wraps as well for added wrist support (available for purchase at the gym).

No experience is necessary! Our program is beginner-friendly and designed to help kids of all levels build skill, fitness, and confidence.
